Lovell Begins £12m Derbyshire Residential Development

Work is underway on a £12 million residential development in Derbyshire.

Lovell is building 47 new homes in Chapel-en-le-Frith and completion is scheduled for autumn 2018.

The Coppice development, off Manchester Road, will contain 33 new homes for sale, as well as 14 homes for rent/shared ownership for Peaks & Plains Housing Trust.

Robert Adams, regional managing director for national developer Lovell, said: "We're absolutely delighted to be bringing these new homes at The Coppice to Chapel-en-le-Frith. This development of well-designed homes in a superb location will provide contemporary, stylish accommodation for a range of homeseekers, including single people, couples and families."
