Briggs and Forrester has rebranded its residential mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) business as part of its company expansion plans.
The Briggs and Forrester MEP division will now be renamed to Briggs and Forrester Living,
Over the last three years, the business has grown from £40 million to £60 million within the Group's £180 million overall turnover.
A number of projects have been awarded or completed during this period, including One Blackfriars, Providence Tower and Blackdale, a 514-bed student accommodation facility for the UEA in Norwich.
With plans in place to expand the business to £100m by 2020, the company has started expanding its geographical operating areas to include the North and Midlands. So far, it has secured £20m worth of work on two Private Rental Scheme (PRS) projects in Manchester and Leeds.
Briggs and Forrester Living Managing Director, Duncan Benedetti, said: "These changes are part of an exciting long term plan to develop our industry presence, continue to provide our sector specialism, delivering our profitable growth and providing more opportunity to our staff and supply chain as we focus on expansion for our business."
