Work is continuing on the £400 million Kirkstall Forge regeneration scheme in Leeds.

Wates has started fitting out a seven-storey office development at the 57-acre site and completion is scheduled for autumn 2017.

The 110,000 sq ft Grade A office scheme is being delivered on behalf of CEG, the developer of the overall mixed-use project located alongside the River Aire.

The building forms the first phase of commercial development on the project which will eventually comprise 1,050 new homes, 300,000 sq ft of office space and 100,000 sq ft of retail, leisure and community provision.
