Avonside Group has purchased eco-roofing specialist Ploughcroft for an undisclosed sum.
As one of the UK's largest roofing companies, Avonside said its acquisition of the Yorkshire-based eco-roofing contractor will accelerate its expansion into the domestic Yorkshire market, as well as creating 25 new jobs in the region over the next two years
In addition, the deal will take Ploughcroft's Eco-Roof energy-saving product nationwide for the first time.
Avonside Managing Director, Tony Burke, said: "We are extremely pleased to be announcing this exciting acquisition.
