Fusion21 Renews £290m Compliance And FM Framework

Procurement organisation Fusion21 is renewing its £290 million Compliance and Facilities Management (FM) Framework.

The four-year programme offers 17 lots in various areas, such as asbestos; water hygiene; fire safety; electrical safety; and facilities management. In addition, Passive Fire Safety and Retrofit Maintenance have been added for the first time.

The deadline for applications is 4pm on Thursday, 19 January 2017.

Phil Woodhead, Facilities Management Framework Manager at Fusion21, said: "We have enhanced the scope of this specialist framework to better support property compliance needs – whilst ensuring members will continue to generate greater efficiency savings.

"The new framework will also make Direct Award call-offs easier – a huge benefit to members – including those working within the Education and Blue Light sectors."
