Morgan Sindall's joint venture (JV) with BeMo Tunnelling has secured a spot on London Underground's 'Future Stations' Civils and Tunnelling Works framework.

The programme will run for eight years and is estimated to be worth £350 million. It forms part of London Underground's plans to upgrade its stations, including Camden, Elephant and Castle and Paddington.

The Morgan Sindall BeMo JV was awarded a place on all three procurement lots – Lot 1 (Civils), Lot 2 (Tunnelling) and Lot 3 (Civils and Tunnelling).

Work packages will include building new station entrances, ticket halls and platforms including associated tunnelling and shaft works.

Other winners include a JV between Taylor Woodrow and Bam Nuttall, as well as Hochtief.
