Lidl has submitted plans to build a new £70 million distribution centre in South Yorkshire.
The warehouse will be located at Verdion's £500m iPort development in Rossington, Doncaster and construction is to begin in 2017.
The centre will occupy 628,000 sq ft of logistics space, featuring additional ancillary areas on a 35-acre plot. The building will be developed during Phase One of Verdion's multi-million pound project.
Fellowes, Amazon and CEVA have also taken space at iPort during Phase One, with over two million sq ft now being committed.
Michael Hughes, Chief Executive Officer of Verdion, said: "We are delighted to announce this significant signing to another well-known name at iPort."
