Willmott Dixon has won a £46 million contract to build a new housing development in Bristol.
The contractor will deliver 194 Private Rented Sector (PRS) homes at Finzels Reach. The units will be developed across two blocks and are expected to be finished in early 2019.
The scheme is backed by Palmer Capital and developer Cubex Land, with Grainger forward funding the development.
Helen Gordon, Chief Executive of Grainger, said: "We are pleased today to announce further significant progress in our PRS investment strategy by agreeing to forward fund a 194 home, build-to-rent scheme at Finzels Reach in Bristol, a location which we believe has strong market prospects and excellent growth potential.
