Britcon has completed the second expansion phase at a £15 million luxury lodge development in Lincoln.
The project was carried out for Arbor Living at Lakeshore, Burton Waters. The development consists of a series of high specification park homes for over 55's set in a luxury retirement park.
Originally, Britcon completed the £500,000 phase one of the expansion in 2015. Works included developing infrastructure for the 20-acre parkland site including new roads, foundations for 38 homes, drainage, services, and landscaping.
Following the sales success, the firm was subsequently selected to carry out phase two; £370,000 of infrastructure works to support the installation of 12 further park homes.
MAW Consulting was appointed project manager for both phases and brought in the expertise of Britcon for the ground preparation works.
Paul Clarkson, Managing Director at Britcon said: "We are pleased to complete phase two of this hugely successful development. We were able to resource the full infrastructure works and apply specific skills due to our long standing experience in ground preparation and servicing which is usually integral to most build projects that we undertake."
