US engineering company Louis Berger has selected James Rousell to lead its UK operations.

He will be based at the Group's London office and report to Jesper Damgaard, Louis Berger's senior Vice President and Managing Director for Europe.

Previously, Mr Rousell worked for 15 years at Jacobs in a range of senior business development positions, successfully growing the Infrastructure business in the Middle East, Australia, North Africa and existing U.K. Market. In addition, he has worked in Environmental Management for the Ministry of Defense (MoD) and private waste management companies.

As leader of Louis Berger's UK operations, Mr Rousell is responsible for growing the business, as well as preparing, implementing, and delivering operating plans to ensure efficient operations, project delivery and financial performance.
