Skanska has reshuffled its senior management team and announced three new executive appointments.

Martin Neeson, a 15-year veteran of the company, will become an executive vice president (EVP) and is responsible for the company's services operations. Existing EVPs Gregor Craig and Thomas Faulkner take executive responsibility for the building and civils operations.

In addition, Russell Hallmark has been promoted from Business Director at Skanska's M&E operations (SRW engineering services) to succeed Mr Neeson as its Managing Director.

Elsewhere, Helen Martin will succeed Andreas Lindelöf as MD of Skanska's development business. She has previously held senior positions within Skanska's Infrastructure Development business and as Skanska UK's lead on risk management.

Mr Lindelöf will relocate to another role in Skanska.
