Bardsley Construction has been selected to deliver a £28 million residential development in Manchester.
The contractor will build 135 Private Rented Sector (PRS) apartments for developer Mulberry in the city's Northern Quarter.
Work on the eight- to 14-storey scheme will start in November and occupation is scheduled for summer 2018.
The project on the corner of Port Street and Great Ancoats Street marks Mulbury's debut into the PRS.
Designed by Tim Groom Architects, the Port Street development will comprise of one and two-bedroom apartments with balconies, communal roof top gardens, a reception area and 6,000 sq ft of commercial office space at ground level.
