Pick Everard has been selected to deliver design and project management services on a £10 million sports development in west London.
Plans for the facility have been submitted by the London Borough of Hounslow Council.
The project involves creating a new clubhouse and pitches, with the relocation of Isleworth's Grasshoppers Rugby Football Club (RFC).
Pick Everard helped secure planning permission for the new site, which will see improved changing rooms built for male/female and junior/senior teams, a physiotherapy studio, gym, meeting rooms and offices, club shop and floodlighting. Three floodlit rugby pitches and three floodlit netball pitches will also be developed
Car parking spaces for 150 vehicles and cycle parking for 16 bikes will be included as part of the project.
The site is designated as Metropolitan Open Land (MOL), similar to Greenbelt land, meaning it must be conserved as a large option space.
Allan Cowie, regional director at Pick Everard, said: "These proposed new facilities will provide Grasshoppers RFC the opportunity to strengthen and grow their current rugby and netball specialisms.
"Developing the design with a contemporary feel was really important to the club and to the council. This is why we have created a simple and clean building form using crisp modern materials while also referencing the historic club colour scheme.
"The planning process to date has been challenging due to the shared use of the site with a proposed new free school but we are excited to be working on this leisure project for Hounslow Borough Council through our framework with them. This will be our 47th project under the framework."
