Anglian Water has selected three companies to deliver its commercial services framework (COCE) over the next five years.
Turner & Townsend (T&T), AECOM and Mott MacDonald will be responsible for providing commercial outperformance and construction economics services on the programme.
The COCE framework ranges from contract administration, procurement, risk and cost management, to benchmarking, supply chain and market analysis.
T&T has worked with Anglian Water for over 15 years and will provide support around the changing regulatory environment, helping Anglian and its partners meet efficiency targets through driving commercial improvement.
Andrew Page, Head of Contract Management of Anglian Water, said: "Turner & Townsend has a deep and relevant knowledge of our industry and has experience of working alongside us for more than three regulatory cycles.
"They have a clear understanding of our business goals and desired outcomes, key people and they bring an integrated, aligned and collaborative approach to delivering outperformance against our business plan."
Patricia Moore, Director of T&T, added: "We're delighted to continue supporting Anglian's goal to be the best water company in the UK. We've been helping the company embrace innovation in the face of increased regulation and efficiency constraints over a number of years."
