Renew Holdings Reveals New Chief Executive

Engineering firm Renew Holdings has revealed Paul Scott is its new Chief Executive.

Mr Scott has succeeded Brian May as the Group's leader, who retired on 30 September.

In a trading update, Renew said: "The Board would like to thank Brian for his outstanding leadership of Renew over the last eleven years, during which he transformed the Group from a loss making building contractor into a leading business in Engineering Services and delivered an increase in market capitalisation from £17m to £229m without recourse to equity financing."

In addition, the Board said Renew's results are "in line with market expectations" and expects to report the Group has moved to a net cash position in its annual results next month.
