McLaughlin & Harvey (McL&H) has handed over two new logistics/distribution warehouses at London Heathrow.

The new units, of 74,000 sq ft and 80,000 sq ft respectively, were built and delivered for developer SEGRO.

Each building has first and second floor space totalling 30,000 sq ft, while the units have large secure yard areas with five dock level loading doors and two level access doors.

Andy Ferguson, Operations Manager at McL&H, said: "It's great to have completed this HQ prominence development adjacent to London Heathrow airport for our client. These types of developments are a core sector within our business, and this is a fantastic project to be added to our portfolio."
