BAM has been selected to develop a new £6 million factory for automotive test equipment specialist AB Dynamics in Wiltshire
The development has been designed by SRA Architects and completion is scheduled for autumn 2017.
Features of the steel-framed facility will include a main entrance and reception, a cafe, a conference facility, specialist machine workshop and assembly areas.
The first floor will contain offices, a design floor, electrical assembly, soft meeting area, and storage. External works include hard & soft landscaping, service yard, car parking, secure fencing and gates with a tree and shrub planting scheme.
BAM is currently underway with enabling works on the scheme while contracts are being finalised. Mann Williams is the structural engineer and M&E is provided by Hulley and Kirkwood. Rowney Sharman is both QS and project manager.
