Watkin Jones To Deliver £17m Student Rooms In Newcastle

Watkin Jones has secured planning consent for a £17 million student accommodation scheme in Newcastle.

The Group will redevelop the former Northumbria Police station in Market Street to consist of 177 beds and 48 studios. The project is to be completed in 2018.
