The body recovered at Didcot Power Station has been identified as Ken Cresswell from Rotherham, Thames Valley Police have confirmed.
Three men, Ken Cresswell, John Shaw and Christopher Huxtable, were listed as missing after a large section of the former boiler house at the site collapsed during demolition preparatory works on 23 February. The body of Christopher Huxtable was recovered from the site on Wednesday, 31 August.
A police spokesperson said: "His family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers. Our thoughts are with his family and also with the family of the remaining missing man, John Shaw, and we would ask that their privacy is respected during this incredibly difficult time.
"A joint Thames Valley Police and Health Safety Executive (HSE) investigation is ongoing to establish the circumstances which led to the collapse of the boiler house and the subsequent deaths."
