Ainscough Crane Hire has appointed Janet Entwhistle as the company's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Ms Entwhistle has vast experience in the industry, having recently been CEO of property services group, Knight Square Holdings, and prior to that as Managing Director of BT Fleet, a specialist fleet management business.

She is taking up her new position following the decision of Robin Richardson to step down.

Ms Entwhistle said: "I am delighted to be joining Ainscough and look forward to working with the team to continue to grow and strengthen the business. In my first few weeks I will be meeting employees, customers and key partners to understand how the business works and what we can do to make Ainscough even better."
