Moat Housing Association (HA) has selected United Living to deliver a £35 million regeneration project in London.
The contractor will refurbish over 400 homes at Pollards Hill in the London Borough of Merton.
In addition, four residential blocks containing 24 apartments will be levelled to make way for 100 new homes, along with environment enhancements to provide external recreational and communal spaces.
Refurbishment works will include new high performance roofing systems, external wall insulation, replacement windows and doors. Improvements will also be carried out to around 200 kitchens, bathrooms, heating and electrical equipment.
Daren Moseley, Divisional Director of United Living, said: "This award will truly play to our businesses strengths in refurbishment and new build reflecting a true 'regeneration' for Pollards Hill and Moat."
Steve Nunn, Moat's Executive Director of Development and New Business, added: "We are looking forward to working with United Living to deliver this significant regeneration project in Pollards Hill."
