United Living Group has been selected to improve and upgrade approximately 3,000 properties in Stevenage, England.
The scheme includes improving the thermal efficiency of resident's homes and will see the replacement of windows and doors, as well as major insulation improvements such as loft insulation, cavity wall and external wall insulation.
United Living will deliver the works over the next two years.
Divisional Director for United Living South, Daren Moseley said: "The External Works Contract in Stevenage is set to bring measurable long term benefits to people's homes, improving energy efficiency and helping to reduce bills over the long term. It goes without saying that we're delighted to be appointed to this contract which will help to improve people's lives significantly. In keeping with the ambitions of the project, we will also be providing additional social investment such as training and apprenticeships, which will further support the local community and leave a strong legacy for future residents."
