Industry consultants Pell Frischmann has acquired mechanical and electrical (M&E) specialist Desco.

The purchase is part of the consultancy's plans to build a group of market-leading engineering consultants.

Desco, which has offices in Sunderland, London, Croydon, Leeds, Qatar, and Manila, will keep its existing management board and structures in place.
