Engineering consultancy Morgan Tucker has selected Jean-Paul Skoczylas as its principal water engineer in London.

Morgan Tucker is the perfect choice for that, as it has a strong basis in drainage and flooding design, with real ambition for future development and growth, so I'm hoping to build on that as well as branch out into other specialists areas including surge, water hammer and irrigation."
