Berkeley Homes has appointed Elements Europe to deliver 120 bedrooms at a Premier Inn hotel site in Woolwich.

The modular solution specialist will help develop the six-storey building on Beresford Street.

The scheme, which is part of Berkeley's Royal Arsenal Riverside project, involves manufacturing 130 room modules including stair cores, linen rooms and flat roof cassettes.

Elements Europe is working with EPR Architects to ensure all design work is finalised before the Room Modules go into manufacture.

Mark Jowett, Head of Design for Elements Europe, said: "Elements Europe are delighted to have been chosen by Berkeley Homes to complete this project. By working closely with them our design team has been able to create a modular design solution which will allow the required room sizes to be achieved to the highest quality."
