Construction consultancy Pick Everard is to open a new office later this month Birmingham.
The move is part of the firm's plans to expand its presence in the city and the West Midlands following a number of new contracts wins in the region.
Recent awards include being a partner on the UK's first Integrated Project Insurance (IPI) project in Dudley, which will see a new Centre for Advanced Building Technologies delivered at Dudley College, as part of the Government’s new IPI procurement model.
Pick Everard Director Ian Shaw, who will lead the new office, said: "This is a significant milestone for us and will really support our plans to further expand Pick Everard’s reach into the West Midlands, which is a very exciting place to be currently and the perfect location for our 11th UK office.
"This is a landmark achievement in our ongoing growth strategy, which falls within our 150th anniversary year, and we look forward to securing further contracts in the coming months, to build on our already strong portfolio."
