Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan has appointed a fit-out contract to Como.

The firm has been appointed to deliver the Cat A fit-out of the 24 floors at One Angel Court, located in the Bank Conservation Area in the heart of the City of London.

The work, which will begin work this month, includes architecturally, the installation of all new suspended and plasterboard ceilings with some details in the octagonal tower and new raised access floors across the 300,000 square foot of office space. MEP services include life safety and air conditioning systems as well as installing over 5,000 separate light fittings and more than 70km of cabling.
