Breedon Aggregates has revealed the committee team to lead its enlarged group following the merger with Hope Construction Materials.

Two Hope executives, Ashley Bryan and Darryl Matthews, will join the enlarged group following the deal.

In addition, Amit Bhatia, currently Hope's chairman, is expected to join the Breedon Board as a non-executive director.
