Property consultancy Gleeds has selected Ian Wildgoose as its director of project management.

With over 35 years' experience in the construction industry, Mr Wildgoose will support the company's existing project management division based at Gleeds' headquarters in London, as well managing operations in Cambridge.

He founded consultancy firm Anser Group in 1997 and spent 16 years as managing director, before becoming a partner at CPC following its acquisition of the company.

Richard Steer, Chairman of Gleeds Worldwide, said: "This is another senior appointment for Gleeds and I am delighted that we have been able to attract someone of Ian's calibre. Having successfully founded and managed his own consultancy, I am in no doubt that he is the ideal candidate to drive growth within our project management division."

Mr Wildgoose added: "I am tremendously excited to be joining Gleeds' expanding project management team. The company has built an excellent reputation in the industry and I am confident that my background will stand me in good stead to develop this further still."
