Property services specialist Styles & Wood has won a number of contracts worth £23 million across Manchester, Liverpool and London.
The six deals will see the firm deliver fit-out and refurbishment work across the commercial office, healthcare and hospitality sectors.
Projects include developing a £6.2m commercial fit-out project at One St Peter's Square in Manchester, as well as a £3m fit-out of Dakota House in Wythenshawe.
In addition, the company will deliver a £3m fit-out and refurbishment project at a CARE Fertility treatment clinic in Manchester, as well as creating a 115-room hotel on Dale Street.
In London, the company will refurbish Irongate House, a 26,000 sq ft office building, as well as creating a 70-room hotel on Castle Street in Liverpool.
