Morgan Sindall has secured a £6 million contract to build two new buildings for the University of Reading.
The firm will develop two new BREEAM 'Very Good' executive accommodation facilities for the University's Henley Business School.
Features include demolishing three existing buildings and removing an on-site swimming pool. A two-storey building will be developed along with a three-storey building, each containing 30 executive en-suite bedrooms.
Offices and a fully-equipped communications room will also be built.
Tim Elliott, area manager from Morgan Sindall's Fareham office, said: "We're delighted to have been appointed to this project to deliver first-class accommodation for guests and clients attending the Henley Business School. The new development will provide spacious, comfortable, fully-equipped en-suite accommodation for Business School users which will complement the existing facilities on the campus."
Both buildings are due to be completed in early summer next year.
