Wates Completes £28m Residential Project In Stockwell

Wates Living Space Homes has completed a £28 million residential project in Stockwell.

The Park Heights development has now been handed over to Network Homes.

As part of the Stockwell Park regeneration programme, the 20-storey apartment building features 159 units both built for 'affordable' rent and private sale.

Designed by PRP Architects, works involved demolishing a 1960s residential block to make way for the new structure, complete with a double-height entrance lobby.

Vicky Savage, Executive Director of Development at Network Homes, said: "Wates has delivered a fantastic build which exceeds expectations. A strong relationship has been established, which we hope to carry forward into many new joint projects.

Paul Nicholls, Regional MD at Wates Living Space Homes, added: "The completion of Park Heights brings to fruition a significant build programme, the aim of which has been to breathe new life to the area and create high quality, efficient and comfortable homes for the people of Stockwell."
