Osborne Secures £12m Housing Contract Extension In Winchester

Osborne has been awarded a £12 million five-year housing maintenance contract extension with Winchester City Council.

The company's Property Services division will continue with its work to maintain around 5.000 homes.

In addition to carrying out responsive repairs and preparing empty homes for new residents, the company will maintain a number of council buildings, including the Grade II listed Guildhall.

Nick Sterling, MD of Osborne Property Services, said: "I'm really pleased we've been able to secure an extension to our contract with Winchester City Council. Over the next five years we will be able to build on the good work we've been doing, as well as to continue our partnership community work, helping make positive differences to residents' lives."
