Clugston Reveals New Senior Appointment

Clugston has announced the appointment of Ian Pattinson as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary.

He will replace Howard Bales, who is stepping down from the company after 14 years in the role.

Previously, Mr Pattinson worked at AIM listed support services business Restore, where he was Finance and Commercial Director.

Clugston Chief Executive said: "I am extremely pleased to welcome Ian to the company. I am sure his experience will be invaluable to us as we continue to grow the business. I am looking forward to working with him and wish him every success in his new role.

"I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Howard for his long service and loyalty to the company, as well as his outstanding support in providing financial expertise and guidance to the Group. I wish to extend my sincerest best wishes to him for a long and happy retirement."
