Project consultancy Turner & Townsend (T&T) has opened a new office in London.
The company has relocated to larger premises at One New Change, opposite St Paul's Cathedral.
Over 1,000 staff will be based on a single 41,000 sq ft floor plate, creating a "more collaborative working environment" for specialist teams.
Jon White, T&T's UK MD, said: "In the last five years our London office has increased its revenue by 82 percent, and as the business has grown, so too has our capability and our ambition.
"In the past year alone we have increased our London headcount to more than 1000 people. Our new home at One New Change will have substantially more space than our premises at Savoy Court, and will give us the freedom to continue to expand."
