Plans have been submitted to transform a former office complex into a housing development in Wembley.
Developer Anthology plans to redevelop the 1.6 acre Amex House site into 195 homes.
The building previously served as the headquarters for civil engineering firm Durkin & Sons.
Designed by GRID Architects, further proposals for 'Anthology Wembley Parade' include landscaped gardens and a communal courtyard.
The developer said it hopes to receive planning approval from Brent Council this summer, with construction work scheduled to begin in autumn 2016.
The development is due to be completed in 2018.
Adam Gaymer, Executive Director of Anthology, said: "We are delighted to have submitted our proposal for this site.
"We believe Wembley is one of the most promising regeneration areas in London and we are hugely excited to have a hand in its continued development."
