Nottingham-based contractor J Tomlinson is underway with a £1.4 million housing services contract in East Yorkshire.
The deal is an extension to a previous three-year £3m programme to install new kitchens in approximately 1,500 homes for the council.
In its second contract, the firm will replace between 500-600 additional kitchens annually until 2019.
A council spokesman said: "The feedback we have had from residents has been excellent and we have been very pleased with the standard of work, and the cooperation and support we have had from J Tomlinson."
Operations director for the firm, Pete Woods, added: "Being appointed to a second contract on a similar programme by East Riding of Yorkshire Council is a ringing endorsement of the quality and standard of work that J Tomlinson achieves, and I am proud to hear such praise for our team.
"We are looking forward to working once again with the council and with tenants to improve residents' homes by updating and installing new kitchens."
