Real Estate company Patrizia has delivered a £27 million office development near Reading.
The 1030 Eskdale Road project was built at Winnersh Triangle business park in partnership with Wates Construction.
The four-storey 61,780 sq ft scheme features a communal green space with a landscaped environment which can host a variety of park events, in addition to Grade A office space.
Wates also donated building equipment and materials to Winnersh Primary School, which has since used the items to build a construction area within the school grounds for its pupils.
Dan Williams, Patrizia development director, said: "1030 is the only significant new build Grade A office constructed in the out-of-town Reading market in this development cycle, and the strong level of interest we've seen from occupiers endorses our decision to develop this high quality building on a speculative basis."
Peter Whitmore, Business Unit Director at Wates, added: "The completion of 1030 Eskdale Road at Winnersh Triangle marks the conclusion of an efficient build programme and one that fulfils PATRIZIA's objective to create a prime commercial space at the heart of a vibrant business hub."
