Lakehouse has announced CEO Stuart Black has resigned from the company.
The news comes three days after founder Steve Rawlings won a power struggle to be returned to the energy support services board.
Mr Rawlings and major shareholder Slater Investments embarked on a campaign last month to oust certain Lakehouse directors after the company issued a profit warning following its flotation on the stock market last year.
In a statement, Lakehouse said: "The Company announces that Stuart Black has resigned as Chief Executive Officer. In line with his contractual obligations, he has provided six months' notice, commencing today.
"The Board looks forward to working with Stuart to effect an orderly handover of his responsibilities."
Ric Piper, Chairman, added: "The Board wishes to publicly recognise the contribution of Stuart Black to the many successes achieved by Lakehouse since he joined in 2008 and wishes him well for the future."
