Planning has been submitted for a new retail development in south-west Wales.
Proposals by Conygar Investment Company involve building a 106,000 sq ft retail complex in Cross Hands.
The site was purchased with consent for a 90,000 sq ft store from Sainsbury's in October 2015.
Plans include:
• A family pub/restaurant.
• A high end food store.
• A stand-alone discount food store.
• A frozen food specialist.
• A drive-through restaurant.
• Other retail stores.
• A 562-space car park.
Overall, the scheme will create 100 jobs during its construction phase and 260 full-time roles when completed.
If consent is granted this summer, construction could begin later this year.
Robert Ware, CEO, said: "The proposed development will offer attractive new retail outlets, which will not only support and enhance Cross Hands town centre, but offer significant regeneration benefits in the locality."
