Gage-Tupper Appointed To £330m University Of Northampton Campus Project

Gage-Tupper and Associates have been selected as Clerk of Works consultants on a new £330 million campus development for the University of Northampton.

The new Waterside Campus will transform a 58-acre brownfield site within the Northampton Waterside Enterprise Zone.

It will provide a modern academic facility for 15,000 students, residential facilities for 1,200 students and leisure facilities for the wider community.

Mike Gage, Chairman of Gage-Tupper & Associates, said: "We are delighted to be working with the University of Northampton and alongside Mace an established Client on this very important project.

"We are working closely with the Client Team to deliver a quality University Campus within the required time frame."

The development is due to open in September 2018.
