Lakehouse CEO Resignation Prompts Boardroom Reshuffle

Lakehouse CEO Sean Birrane has announced his intention to resign from the company.

Following the news, a boardroom reshuffle has led to Executive Chairman Stuart Black taking over leadership of the firm.

In addition, Senior Non-Executive Director Chris Geoghegan will become Non-Executive Chairman

The company has now revealed it is seeking another Independent Non-Executive Director to be appointed to the Board.

The firm issued a profit warning last month after being hit by a slowdown in spending by social landlord clients.

However, the housing maintenance contractor stated it "remains on track" to deliver revised expectations for the current financial year.
