Building envelope specialist T.A. Colbourne (TAC) has secured a £680,000 extension contract in West London.
The contractor has been appointed by Faithdean Plc to design, supply and fit the timber façade/rainscreen cladding for a 30,000 sq ft expansion at the Barley Mow Centre in Chiswick.
The original steel frame shed of the office hub complex off of Chiswick High Road has been demolished, allowing for the building to be extended into a limited space.
Director of TAC, Tom Colbourne, said: "The planning stage of the Barley Mow Centre is already underway for our team. Due to the space constraints of the site, the building has been an interesting project to design.
"We are looking forward to creating an attractive and waterproof space to house the growing businesses in Chiswick."
