A joint venture (JV) between Bruntwood and Select Property Group has submitted plans to develop over 500 apartments in Manchester city centre.
The two 'Build-to-Rent' schemes will be located on New Bailey Street on the banks of the River Irwell.
The 33-storey Affinity Living Riverview building will house 318 apartments while the 16-storey Affinity Living Riverside will comprise of 188 apartments.
In addition, large social lounge areas will be developed with private dining rooms. Other plans include further co-working spaces and a gym.
The top level of Affinity Living Riverview will include a roof garden, media rooms and private entertainment space with views over the city.
Subject to panning, enabling works will begin on site in October 2016.
