Amey Names Andy Milner As New CEO

Amey has announced Andy Milner is to become the company's new CEO in March.

The firm's current boss, Mel Ewell, is to step down after 15 years in the role.

As a Chartered Civil Engineer, Mr Milner was appointed MD of Amey's Consulting and Strategic Infrastructure division in 2008.

He joined the company in 2006 following its acquisition of Owen Williams.

Speaking about his new appointment, Mr Milner said: "I am delighted to be offered the opportunity to be CEO of this outstanding company, and wish to thank Mel for the leadership and guidance he has given to me over the last decade.

"I am inheriting a strong, profitable business that is extremely well placed to help our customers at a time of change in our markets."
