Morgan Sindall has completed a £3.3 million business hub project in London.
The Business Innovation Facility was delivered for Beal High School.
The three-storey building contains 16 teaching spaces equipped with ICT facilities and several break out areas for students and staff.
A modern learning space was also built along with a teaching kitchen facility, which can double as a cafeteria.
Neil Franklin, area director at Morgan Sindall, said: "The Business Innovation Hub will provide an innovative learning space for future entrepreneurs and ensure the area continues to provide great alternative, educational pathways for students.
"We have worked incredibly closely with the school on this project and the team is delighted to have successfully delivered this state-of-the-art innovation hub."
Morgan Sindall has recently completed work on the £16.5m University Campus Aylesbury Vale in Buckinghamshire.
The four-storey building includes educational facilities and public amenities including restaurants, cafes and a new public square.
