PFP Acquires Allenbuild From Renew For £2.75m

Places for People (PFP) has completed the purchase of Allenbuild from Renew for £2.75 million.

It is understood the property developer has paid the second of two planned installments towards the acquisition.

The Group purchased a 50% stake of Allenbuild for £1.375m in November 2014.

PFP has now bought the other half of the business after reaching practical completion on ten outstanding contracts.
