Planning permission has been granted for a residential scheme in west London.

Developer London Square is due to build the mixed-use development on London Road in Isleworth.

It is understood the project comprises of 203 one, two and three-bedroom apartments along with over 9,600 sq ft of commercial space on the site of a former car showroom and vacant office building.

The units will be housed inside eight low-rise apartment blocks with brick façades along with a variety of outdoor spaces including podium terraces, roof gardens and landscaped gardens.

Designed by Stanford Eatwell Architects, London Square said unit completions are scheduled for the first quarter of 2017.

A wider £151m regeneration is taking place across the London Borough of Hounslow, which is expected to be complete by 2025.
