Building services group T Clarke has revealed it is the preferred bidder on a number of projects worth £65 million in London.
It is understood the company is the preferred M&E contractor on the 22 Bishopsgate scheme in the city's financial district.
Other projects include the 148,000 sq ft office revamp at 148 Old Street and the 740,000 sq ft extension to Westfield London's shopping centre in Hammersmith.
The firm is also due to carry out two developments at The International Quarter, with Stratford Commercial Buildings 5 and 6 becoming home to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Transport for London (TfL).
In its trading statement, the company said its performance so far remains 'encouraging' and anticipates full-year results to be on target, finishing the year with net cash of £6.6 million (£5.3m in 2014).
The firm stated: "As market conditions continue to improve, we are pleased with the profile of our forward order book which reflects our focus on tendering for work at acceptable margins."
"Our markets remain active, and the Group is tendering for work across its target markets, particularly for projects stretching into 2017."
