Outline planning permission has been approved for a £27 million residential development in Salford.
The council's planning committee unanimously voted in favour of the designs drawn up by IBI Group.
The development comprises of 246 residential apartments made up of one, two and three bedroom properties if six, eight and 18-storey blocks.
In addition, three-storey townhouses will be built as well as an enclosed central courtyard, which will conceal underground resident's car parking.
IBI's Neil Lewin said: "We're delighted to have gained the approval so quickly, particularly given the size of development, and receiving such positive comments from the Planning Committee was particularly pleasing."
